The Advisor Group Events app is only available on iOS and Android devices. The app is only compatible with devices running iOS 14.1 and higher or Android 10.0 and higher. Our apps can only be downloaded on devices that have access to the App Store or Google Play Store. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.
The app is the only way to access all in-person sessions. If you are unable to access the app, you can follow along on the virtual website https://events.bizzabo.com/470034/agenda using your phone, tablet, or laptop browser! The virtual event will require a separate FREE registration prior to viewing the sessions. We will not have any printed agendas available at the Registration Desk. Detailed session descriptions and information are exclusively found in the app and virtual website.
You need to reset your Apple ID Password or Google Play Store Password
with Apple and Google, respectively.
Access to the events app is restricted to in-person attendees. The
verification code will only be sent if you are using the same
email address you used to register for the in-person event.
If you are using the same email address, please check your junk
mail or spam folder. Remember to mark this as ‘not junk’ to
ensure future deliveries.
Your verification code for the Advisor Group Events app
will be both texted and emailed to the phone number and email address
you submitted with your registration. If you are unable to access your
verification code for any reason, visit the App Desk at the event for
support.
No. You can view the app content without logging in. However, to build your personal schedule, take notes, or share photos, you must be logged in to the app.
By default, your profile is private, which means other event attendees will not be able to see your contact information. If you would like to make that information available to other attendees, click Profile, click Settings, click the Privacy, and then toggle the Visibility Settings from Off to On.
Yes. Click Profile, and then Settings. At the bottom of the page, you should be able to click Log Out.
Absolutely! Our on-site App Desk will be near registration and able to help with all your app needs, including how to download and how to use. The App Desk will not be able to help you reset your Apple ID Password or Google Play Store Password.
Wi-fi is available near the App desk for installing the app.
